The 2020 real estate market has tremendously hit everyone business-wise and for some homeowners who lose their jobs due to pandemics.
Some other states & countries were hit by unexpected calamities and violence.
Then 2021 came and to help the overgrowing problem brought by the pandemics, homeowners were given a break, low interest was offered to less than 3%.
Here comes the Sellers Market and everyone took advantage of it, buyers were bidding the price home because mortgage companies were offering low-interest rates, and others with loan grants.
Cash buyers and investors were visible and the market swung up high. The saying goes " what comes up & eventually will come down!" so here it is now!
Are we on the verge of inflation or are we already in it? Realty and facts, every 10 years, the real estate market always change its season and we are at the 13th year after the melt down in the 2006-2008 era.
Facts: Are the buyers ready for the overprice home sales price? Are the lenders starting over again giving buyers loan approval they can't afford?
The price of the home everywhere is over half a million and the normal salary per hour is $ 18.00 to $25.00. Normal bills run your paycheck to pay for utilities, food, car -health - renters insurance, cell phone, groceries, medical, gas, and car payments. Not to mentioned if they have kids. The debt to income ratio is calculated front and back end depending on if it's FHA or Conventional.
Isn't it overwhelming!. Re-assessing and re-structuring salaries here in California is a must!. The reason, possibly most people are overstressed working so much and living paycheck to paycheck. Is it time that someone needs to voice out and re-assess how to live comfortably without stressing their budgets?
